Commissioner Diaz to host Thanksgiving drive-through food giveaway

MIAMI – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz, along with Farm Share, Sedano’s and Publix Supermarkets, and FP&L, will host a Thanksgiving drive-through food giveaway on Saturday, Nov. 21, beginning at 10 a.m., at North Trail Park, 780 NW 127th Ave., Miami, FL 33182.

A bag full of canned goods and a gift card will be provided to residents to help them with their Thanksgiving meal. The distribution will be on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Motorists should remain in their car and open their trunk when it’s their turn in line. No walk-ups will be allowed.
