“Too often, we forget that the reason we are able to enjoy the freedoms we have are because of the service men and women who spend every day protecting them. It’s important that we take time to appreciate our country’s unsung heroes,” said Commissioner Diaz, who served in the U.S. Marines and is the County’s military liaison.

Attendees enjoyed entertainment including a DJ and live band.
