Miami-Dade County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to co-sponsor free DACA renewal legal aid for “Dreamers”


MIAMI – The Miami-Dade County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board is co-sponsoring a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal clinic with the Florida International University College of Law Carlos A. Costa Human Rights Clinic. “Dreamers” whose DACA expires between September 5, 2017, and March 5, 2018, must submit their renewal before the October 5, 2017 deadline. “Dreamers” interested in receiving free legal help and/or a legal screening must register at [bit.ly/MiamiDACARenewalClinic]bit.ly/MiamiDACARenewalClinic.

The Miami DACA clinic is made possible by the charitable support of a coalition made up of the Florida International University College of Law Carlos A. Costa Human Rights Clinic, Professor Juan Gomez, UnidosUS, FWD.US, FL Dream, Florida Immigrant Coalition, Miami-Dade County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board, and immigration attorneys and volunteers.
