Technical Services Division

This division is the tech savvy brain behind the Department of Procurement Management.

This division is composed of two teams: the IT Procurement Unit and the Technical Services Team. The IT Procurement Unit is responsible for procuring all Information Technology hardware and software, Telecommunication and IT Consultant contracts for the County.  The Unit manages a contract workload of over 166 contracts totaling over $537 million.

The Technical Services team is the tech support arm of the department, supporting the various applications and programs offered through the DPM website and Intranet for County personnel. They are responsible for managing DPM's internal information systems, managing the daily operations of ADPICS, administering the local area network, and developing e-procurement initiatives.
