Vendor Enrollment is a fast, automated way for businesses to sign up to receive notices about contract opportunities with Miami-Dade County as they become available. On line enrollment allows users to provide basic information about their businesses and select the goods and services they provide. When a solicitation matching those selections becomes available, the Department of Procurement Management automatically sends a message to the e-mail address provided during enrollment.
The e-mail message contains a link to the solicitation that can be viewed and downloaded free of charge from any computer. Contact the Vendor Assistance Unit for questions about enrollment and to obtain copies of solicitations via U.S. mail for a nominal fee. Complete the simple automated Enrollment Form to receive announcements about business opportunities with Miami-Dade County.
| Note: Any vendor (enrolled or not) can respond to solicitations by submitting bid and proposals. However, the County Code requires that in the event a vendor is recommended for a contract award, they must be registered by completing Vendor Registration in order to receive the award. |
Already a Registered Vendor?
If a vendor is already registered with the County, there is no need to enroll. A registered vendor is one that has already completed and filed a Vendor Registration Package, including required affidavits. Only registered vendors can receive a contract award. Registered vendors are automatically notified of upcoming solicitations by e-mail, fax or U.S. Mail.
If you are an "enrolled" vendor, you can update your profile at any time.
Note: The e-Procurement system records information on anyone who downloads solicitations. Under Florida Law, this information is a public record and can be viewed by anyone.
