| Landscaper $7.22 per cubic yard at the North Dade and South Dade Landfills and the Resources Recovery Facility. Landscapers disposing at the Trash and Recycling Centers must purchase coupons which cost $21.66 per visit for pickup trucks, vans and trailers 6 feet high, 6 feet wide and 10 feet long, and $72.20 per visit for large trailers greater than 6 cubic yards in the cargo area. |

* In the event that the scale(s) are unavailable, the disposal fee will be based on the total cubic yard payload capacity of the vehicle converted to tons using the Schedules of Weights and Measures that are available at the Clerk of the Board.

Disposal Payment Procedures
There are three options available for paying disposal fees: Checks, Money Orders or Credit/Debit Cards (Visa or Master Card). No cash is accepted.
Checks - Only First-Party Personal and Company Checks are accepted. The check writer's or company's name and address must be preprinted on the check by the bank (no starter checks or counter checks). Checks preprinted with a P.O. Box address will be accepted only if a physical address is also provided.
Credit account -- A Letter of Credit, Indemnity Bond, Certificate of Deposit or Cash Deposit is required. For more information on establishing an account, call 305-514-6739 or 6742.
TRC Coupons for Landscapers -- Landscaper Coupons are sold at the following locations Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. (closed on legal holidays):

- South Dade Landfill Administration Building -- 23707 S.W. 97 Avenue, Gate A
