| The Chem-Again Program is part of the County’s effort to reduce, reuse and recycle chemical wastes that can harm our environment. Chem-Again offers new or almost new home chemical products collected at the Department’s Home Chemical Collection (HCC) Centers free of charge to Miami-Dade County residents.
The program is open to residents 18 years or older and available products can be picked up by visiting either of the two HCC Centers. The available products are intended for residential use only. Individuals receiving products from the Chem-Again program will be required to sign a release form before receiving any products.
