A recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by an independent research firm found that more than 80 percent of Miami-Dade residents rate garbage collection as good or very good.
In an effort to measure how well the County delivers services to residents, Miami-Dade polled a random sample of 16,000 residents on services ranging from garbage collection and bulky waste pick up to police and fire-rescue services.
