    Requirements on who must file for outside employment disclosure
     
  • Request for Outside Employment PDF
    Miami-Dade County states that any full-time county employee intending to have outside employment must first submit a request to the department director for his/her approval.
     
  • Outside Employment Statement PDF
    Full-time county and municipal employees engaging in outside employment must file an annual disclosure report by July 1st of each year.
