• Voters must go to their assigned precinct on Election Day. This information can be found on their Voter Information Card, by calling 3-1-1 or by visiting the Elections Department's website.
• Voters must provide identification that contains both a photo and signature in order to vote. Acceptable forms of ID include:
  
  • Driver's license or ID card issued by a Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
  • United States passport
  • Military or student ID card
  • Retirement center or neighborhood association ID card
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Public Assistance ID

If the picture identification does not contain a signature, an additional identification with a signature will be required. Voters are always encouraged to bring their Voter Information Card issued by the Elections Department to facilitate the process, but the information card is not required in order to vote.

• Polls are open from 7 am to 7 pm. Any voter in line at 7 pm will be permitted to vote.

It is the policy of Miami-Dade County to comply with all of the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All polling places are ADA accessible and are equipped with electronic voting equipment for people with disabilities.
