Voter Information Card
A Voter Information Card includes all identifying information, as well as the precinct number, location, the applicable voting districts, and other elections-related information.
A voter may receive a replacement Voter Information Card by providing a signed, written request to the Elections Department. Upon verification of registration, the Department will issue the voter a duplicate card without charge. In the case of a change of name, address, or party affiliation, the Department shall automatically issue the voter a new voter information card.
What does it mean if I receive a new Voter Information Card?
A new Voter Information Card may be mailed out:-
In response to changes you submitted to the Department (i.e. change of name, address, or party affiliation),

A temporary or permanent polling place change, and/or,
-
During a countywide mailer to voters from the Elections Department.
