    ETSD Business Plan
    County departments have developed two-year business plans that address identified strategic areas that matter to the public.  The plan communicates the intended accomplishments for each department for the current and next fiscal year as well as describes any factors which may limit the department's ability to achieve these accomplishments.  The department’s business plan together with the County's Strategic Plan helps to guide the budget process.  Progress is continuously monitored through the department’s Active Strategies Scorecard and customer feedback surveys.
