Under the Public Access laws and the Freedom of Information Act any data that is not exempted by State Law must be made available upon request. Data is available on CD, magnetic tape cartridge (3480), paper or self-adhesive labels.  The data that is provided on CD is raw Data.  It is provided in Fixed Length ASCII format.

Grid report/ Crime Statistics up to August 2005
A listing and/or electronic file of calls, signals 13-55  dispatched by Miami-Dade 911 to a given location or locations.

GIS Coverages
A GIS Data CD containing a collection of existing data layers is available to the public for a nominal fee. The GIS data is distributed in various formats: E00 export format for ArcInfo users, DXF format for AutoCAD users, and ShapeFile format for ArcView users. Our GIS data is in State Plane coordinate system (feet) NAD83, Zone 3601 (Florida East).

Aerial Photographs
Ortho rectified aerial photographs in digital TIFF files. 2003 images are 1/4' pixel. 2005, 2001 and 1999 are available at 1' pixel resolution. Photos are black and white only. Depending on your request, the files maybe generated on a hard drive, DVD or CD.
