The On-line Inquiry service will allow you to look at various records in the Miami-Dade County database (see below).  This is a contract  online service. Miami-Dade County will provide the communications software.

There is a one (1) time $125 set-up fee and a $52 minimum access charge. The minimum fee includes 208 minutes of communication. Additional minutes are billed at .25 per minute.      

How to Obtain the On-Line Inquiry Service

1. Carefully review both services and decide which one you wish.
2. Print the contract . Read the cover page carefully. Complete and return the original (we cannot accept a faxed copy) with payment of $125, made payable to "Board of County Commissioners".
   If you would like to pay via credit card, please be advised we only accept VISA & MASTERCARD. Send in the contract and payment as stated above. Please note, that you would like to pay via a credit card and someone will call to get the necessary information.
3. From the time Public Access receives the contract and payment it takes 3-5 business days for us to obtain your User ID and Password. Public Access will call you when they are available.

What Information Is Available
 
Civil Justice - Includes Case Status Display, Docket Display, County, Circuit and Probate case information through Party Name,  Court  Registry,  Judicial  Calendars and  Attorney information

Property Appraisal  - Through the folio number, address or owner name you can access Real and personal property information such as ownership, legal description, property value and Water, Road, Sewer (WRS) Liens.

Tax Collection - Real and personal property tax information such as tax assessed and collected, delinquent taxes and improvement districts

Local Business Tax Receipt - Night Club Permit, Bingo Permit, additional related information to   businesses within Miami-Dade County, such as account #, Business Name and Address, Commence Date, Corp / Owner Mailing information.

Building and Zoning - Zoning Hearing Menu, Status of Contractor and Plan, Permit History and Inspection History, Application History, Master Subsidiary Permit Cross Reference, Application Fee Inquiry

Waste Management - Address and ownership information on businesses and properties serviced by Miami-Dade's Waste Collection Department

Parking Tickets - Displays, via auto tag number or citation, all parking tickets issued to a vehicle

Criminal Justice - Through Court Case #, or  Last, First name, DOB, Race and Sex or Citation/ Police Case # or Jail number you can access information on felony, misdemeanor and branch  for all persons charged with a crime.  It will show you the Charge type, Disposition, Sentence.  Also includes last 200 Jail numbers.

Traffic Information - Includes case information on all traffic tickets issued in Miami-Dade County.
