Qualified productions during fiscal year 2007/2008 may receive a cash rebate of up to 22% of their Florida qualified expenditures, up to a maximum of $8,000,000, provided they spend a minimum of $625,000 in Florida on Florida cast, crew, businesses and vendors. New this year are incentive queues for Florida low budget independent films, commercial production, digital entertainment as well as the general queue for bigger budget film and television productions.
