FilMiami for the third year in a row, exhibited at the Broadcast Production Show as a part of the Film Florida booth. Jeff Peel, Director of FilMiami (the Miami-Dade Mayor’s Office of Film & Entertainment) attended the three-day trade show which took place in London June 1st through the 3rd, 2005.
“The show proved very successful for Miami-Dade County with many new production and location scout contacts made. In addition, several hundred copies of our new Black Book and DVD of locations were distributed to prospects. The Broadcast Production Show continues to be an excellent venue to reach out to the London production market to promote Miami-Dade County as a premiere production destination,” stated Jeff Peel, Director of the Miami-Dade Mayor’s Office of Film & Entertainment.
Now in its 14th year, The Broadcast Production Show is the biggest UK event for the production and broadcast industry and is attended by cinematographers, producers, directors and location scouts.
