Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and other partner agencies unite to raise awareness on fireworks safety

 


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, the Miami Burn Center at UM/Jackson Memorial Medical Center along with members from other South Florida fire departments will host a press conference on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Headquarters located at 9300 NW 41 Street, Doral, FL 33178.

In anticipation of Independence Day celebrations, the press conference will feature a live demonstration to create awareness on the potential dangers of mishandling fireworks.
