Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) will celebrate the graduation of its newest firefighter recruit class at 9 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2019. The graduation ceremony will be held at the MDFR Training Headquarters located in Doral, Florida. After three months of rigorous training, the 40 trainees from Class #139 have what it takes to officially receive their badges becoming full-time Miami-Dade Fire Rescue firefighters. Competently skilled in fighting fires, saving property and people’s lives, these future firefighters will proudly continue to embody MDFR's core values of the fire service: integrity, honor, pride, respect and valor.
