Foreclosure Task Force Committees

• Steering Committee
  Defines the functions of the County's program, oversees and coordinates the work of the subcommittees, liaises with community partners, reports on progress.
   
• Program Development and Implementation Subcommittee
  Drafts policies and procedures and sets standards for training, is responsible for compiling data for tracking and reporting.
   
• Resources and Partnerships Subcommittee
  Create budget for operation, identify and leverage existing internal and external County financial and in-kind resources, coordinate services with community partners to (banks, nonprofits, etc.) working in this area to maximize.
   
• Outreach, Education and Communications Subcommittee
  Develop and update website, organize community outreach events to educate public on predatory lending, foreclosure prevention, and assistance available, coordinate media (radio, print, television, etc.), coordinates referral of cases to law enforcement agencies as warranted.
