    Deed for Lease Program helps people stay in their homes

    Fannie Mae is introducing the Deed-for-Lease Program (D4L), a program designed to minimize family displacement, deterioration of neighborhoods caused by vandalism and theft to vacant homes, and the effect these have on families, communities and home price stabilization.

    Protections in place for foreclosure buyers

    Buyers of foreclosed properties in unincorporated Miami-Dade County now have  protection against unexpected repairs or other deficiencies of the property under an ordinance adopted by the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on December 2, 2008.

    Neighborhood Stabilization Plan provides County assistance

    The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) may be moving to a neighborhood near you. If you are eligible to purchase a foreclosed home, the County may have the assistance you need.
