Data Subscription Service

The subscription service is intended for those customers who require frequent updates of GIS data. The subscription is for a 12 month period during which customers may download data at their convenience as often as needed. All basic Miami-Dade County base layers are included, such as parcels, lots, subdivisions, zoning and street centerlines.

To subscribe print the agreement form, fill it out and either send it to the fax number listed on the form or scan and return it to gis@miamidade.gov.

Once the request has been processed, subscribers will receive an email notification providing the user id and password needed to access the web site for the data download.

If you cannot view PDF Get Acrobat! files, you can download Acrobat Reader  for free from Adobe Systems, Inc. In order to use PDF files, you must have Acrobat installed on your computer.
