TITLE
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 180-07 APPROVING ALLOCATION TO FOR KIDS SHAPE BY PEDS POWER FROM DISTRICT 4 DISCRETIONARY RESERVE FUNDS

BODY
WHEREAS, on February 20, 2007, this Board adopted Resolution No. 180-07 which authorized the allocation of $5,000 to For Kids Shape by Peds Power, a for-profit organization, from FY 2006-2007 District 4 Discretionary Reserve Funds; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to rescind Resolution No. 180-07, as For Kids Shape by Peds Power is no longer operating,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board hereby rescinds Resolution No. 180-07 which authorized the allocation of $5,000 to For Kids Shape by Peds Power, a for-profit organization, from FY 2006-2007 District 4 Discretionary Reserve Funds.
