RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALLOCATION OF PRIOR YEARS' UNEXPENDED DISTRICT 3 DISCRETIONARY RESERVE FUNDS AND FY 2009-10 OFFICE BUDGET FUNDS OF DISTRICT 3

WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocation of prior years' unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3 in accordance with the criteria for allocating such funds, see attached,
Contractors Resource Center for the Fourth Contractors Choice Awards Gala $2,500.00
WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocations from the FY 2009-10 District 3 Office Budget Funds:
St. James AME Church for the African Heritage Weekend $3,000.00
The Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce for the 4th Annual Gala $1,500.00

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board:
Section 1. Approves the allocation of prior years' unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3 as follows:
Contractors Resource Center for the Fourth Contractors Choice Awards Gala $2,500.00
Section 2. Approves the allocations of FY 2009-10 District 3 Office Budget Funds as follows:
St. James AME Church for the African Heritage Weekend $3,000.00
The Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce for the 4th Annual Gala $1,500.00
