RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALLOCATION OF FY 2009-10 DISTRICT 3 OFFICE BUDGET FUNDS AND UNEXPENDED DISTRICT 3 DISTRICT DISCRETIONARY RESERVE FUNDS

WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocation from the District 3 Office Budget Funds:
City of Miami Gardens for 5th Annual Jazz in the Gardens $5,000.00
WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocations from the unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3 in accordance with the criteria for allocating such funds, see attached,
Miami Shores Mayor�s Community Task Force (Mayor�s Ball) $1,250.00;
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Dade County Alumnae Chapter $ 400.00
(Founders� Day � January 30, 2010),

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board approves:
Section 1. Approves the allocation from the FY 2009-10 District 3 Office Budget Funds as follows:
City of Miami Gardens for 5th Annual Jazz in the Gardens $5,000.00.

Section 2. Approves the following allocations from the unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3:
Miami Shores Mayor�s Community Task Force (Mayor�s Ball) $1,250.00

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Dade County Alumnae Chapter $ 400.00
