RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALLOCATION OF FY 2009-10 DISTRICT 3 OFFICE BUDGET FUNDS AND UNEXPENDED DISTRICT 3 DISTRICT DISCRETIONARY RESERVE FUNDS

WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocations from the District 3 Office Budget Funds:
Miami Shores Village Fourth of July Celebration $10,000.00
Neat Stuff new school uniforms $ 2,500.00
G&D Lopez Transport on behalf of Women�s Heart Day
held on February 19, 2010 $ 227.50; and

WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocation from the unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3 in accordance with the criteria for allocating such funds, see attached,
Progressive Officers Club Annual Scholarship Ball $ 600.00,


NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board approves:
Section 1. Approves the allocations from the FY 2009-10 District 3 Office Budget Funds as follows:
Miami Shores Village Fourth of July Celebration $10,000.00
Neat Stuff new school uniforms $ 2,500.00
G&D Lopez Transport on behalf of Women�s Heart Day

Section 2. Approves the following allocation from the unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3:
Progressive Officers Club Annual Scholarship Ball $ 600.00.
