Such report will examine the best methodology and implementation schedule for the following: 1. Using Miami-Dade County webpages, Miami-Dade County TV, the periodical program and other programs to further this task; 2. Partnering with the South Florida Workforce Investment Board to use County resources to market its services to both employees and employers; 3. Marketing and providing access and links to existing job banks, for both public and private employment opportunities, including but not limited to EmployFlorida; Monster.com; and CareerBuilder; 4. Building public/private partnerships to allow governments and the private sector to use County resources to advertise job openings, provided, however, such partnerships do not simply duplicate the work of the South Florida Workforce Investment Board and EmployFlorida; 5.
