| REPORT: | Commissioner Monestime advised that the NW 7th Avenue Corridor Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) had not met its quorum for some time, noting one member had missed five out of seven meetings and another had missed all seven meetings in one year. He also noted Florida Statutes required the Board of County Commissioners to give notice and an explanation as to why members of a CRA were being removed, and to set a public hearing to appoint new members. Commissioner Monestime asked the Clerk of Courts to send written notice to Ms. Linda Julien and Mr. Patrick Cure, informing them of the Board of County Commissioners’ intent to remove them from the NW 7TH Avenue Corridor Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board for ineffiency and neglect of duty. He also asked the Clerk to set a hearing date for the County Commission to appoint new members to the CRA Board to replace the members being removed. | ||||||
