Up to $3,000 to the Parks Foundation For the record, Commissioner Bell made a retroactive allocation in the amount of $289.75 from the District 8 Office Budget Funds, for the Family Movie Night Event on October 21, 2011. For the record, Commissioner Bell made a retroactive allocation in the amount of up to $250.00 from the District 8 Office Budget Funds, for the Halloween Track or Treat Event at Cutler Ridge Park that took place on October 29, 2011.
