REPORT: Assistant County Attorney Jess McCarty read the foregoing proposed resolution into the record. Chairwoman Bell expressed support for this resolution and requested that the urging resolutions be included in the legislative package separately from the legislative priorities. Assistant County Attorney McCarty advised that the resolution could be amended to clarify that there would be three categories: legislative priorities, departmental items, and the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) urging resolutions. There being no further questions or comments, the Committee proceeded to vote. The Committee forwarded the foregoing proposed resolution to the Board of County Commissioners with a favorable recommendation with Committee amendment(s) to ensure that the legislative priorities, departmental items, and urging resolutions be included in the legislative package separately.
