REPORT: | Assistant County Attorney Oren Rosenthal read the foregoing proposed resolution into the record. Commissioners Bovo, Edmonson, Jordan, and Chairwoman Bell asked to be listed as co-sponsors. Commissioner Edmonson noted that approximately ten projects were underway in District 3; however, existing procurement procedures made it difficult to complete these projects. She said that people needed jobs now and these programs and projects that were designed to increase local employment were not being completed in a timely manner. Hearing no further questions or comments, the Committee proceeded to vote on this proposed resolution as presented. | ||||||
