REPORT:	During consideration of changes to today's (05/15) agenda, a scrivener’s error was corrected on handwritten pages 3 and 4 of the foregoing resolution to add “up to” so that the language reads as follows: "District 2 Mother’s Day Event for Seniors up to $2,500.00 (Luncheon for 200 senior citizens and staff at Westview Gardens)."

RESOLUTION RESCINDING PRIOR ALLOCATION FROM DISTRICT 2 OFFICE BUDGET FUNDS AND ALLOCATING FY 2011-12 DISTRICT 2 OFFICE BUDGET FUNDS

BODY
WHEREAS, this Board desires to rescind the following prior allocation from the District 2 Office Budget funds:
Calunah, Inc. $ 300.00; and
(allocation made on July 19, 2011)

WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocations from the FY 2011-12 District 2 Office Budget funds as follows:
More Than Conquerors Outreach Ministries, Inc. $ 500.00
(HIV Counseling)

Caring Brothers & Sisters Foundation, Inc. $ 500.00
(Health Fair)

Notre-Dame D�Haiti $1,000.00
(Kids Summer Program)

District 2 Mother�s Day Event for Seniors up to $2,500.00,
(luncheon for 200 senior citizens and staff at
Westview Gardens)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board:
Section 1. Rescinds the following prior allocation from the District 2 Office Budget funds:
Calunah, Inc. $ 300.00 (allocation made on July 19, 2011).

Section 2. Approves the following allocations from the FY 2011-12 District 2 Office Budget funds as follows:
