WHEREAS, this Board desires to allocate FY 2012-13 District 3 Office Budget funds as follows:

Re:�Mayor�s Community Benefit Gala 2012

Theodore R. Gibson Memorial Fund, Inc.������������������������������������������ $�� 750.00
Re:�30th Annual Unity Dinner

Historic Hampton House Community Trust, Inc.������������������������������� $�� 400.00
Re:�9th Annual Fundraiser Luncheon

African Heritage Culture & Arts Coalition���������������������������������������� $�� 100.00,
Re: 2nd Annual Spirit of Excellence Banquet and Awards Gala
