TITLE
RESOLUTION APPROVING BYLAWS OF THE REESTABLISHED BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH TRUST AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 25A-3(f) OF THE CODE OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA

BODY

WHEREAS, on June 3, 2013, the reestablished Board of Trustees of the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County held its organizational meeting and adopted Resolution No. PHT 06/13-005, approving its Bylaws; and
WHEREAS, Section 25A-3(f) of the Code of Miami-Dade County provides that the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees of the Public Health Trust shall not be valid until approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board hereby approves the attached Bylaws of the reestablished Board of Trustees of the Public Health Trust as required by Section 25A-3(f) of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
