TITLE RESOLUTION APPROVING ALLOCATIONS OF FY 2013-14 DISTRICT 2 OFFICE BUDGET FUNDS BODY WHEREAS, this Board desires to allocate FY 2013-14 District 2 Office Budget funds as follows: The Rickia Isaac Foundation $ 250.00 African Heritage Culture and Arts Coalition, Inc. $ 1,000.00 Branches $ 500.00 (Thanksgiving Meals For The Community) Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. $ 250.00 St. James Catholic Church $ 2000.00 (Thanksgiving Meals For The Community) Arcola Lakes Elementary $ 500.00 Seniors Appreciation Gala Expenses up to $ 1,750.00 2013 District 2 Book Bag Giveaway Expenses up to $ 6,000.00 Farmshare Free Food Distribution Event Expenses up to $ 151.00 District 2 Community Leaders Breakfast and Community meetings for fiscal year 2013-2014 Expenses up to $ 3000.00, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board approves the following allocations from the FY 2013-14 District 2 Office Budget funds: The Rickia Isaac Foundation $ 250.00 African Heritage Culture and Arts Coalition, Inc. $ 1,000.00 Branches $ 500.00 (Thanksgiving Meals For The Community) Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. $ 250.00 St. James Catholic Church $ 2000.00 (Thanksgiving Meals For The Community) Arcola Lakes Elementary $ 500.00 Seniors Appreciation Gala Expenses up to $ 1,750.00 2013 District 2 Book Bag Giveaway Expenses up to $ 6,000.00 Farmshare Free Food Distribution Event Expenses up to $ 151.00 District 2 Community Leaders Breakfast and Community meetings for fiscal year 2013-2014 Expenses up to $ 3000.00. |
