David Barth is the Principal-in-Charge of the West Palm Beach office of Glatting Jackson, Kercher, Anglin, Inc., a 150 person Community Planning firm with additional offices in Orlando and Atlanta. He is a registered Landscape Architect, Certified Planner and Certified Parks and Recreation Professional with over twenty-five years of planning and design experience throughout Florida and the Southeast. He has technical expertise in the areas of Community Visioning and Strategic Planning; Parks and Natural Resource Planning; and Urban Design. He is the past President of the Florida Recreation and Park Association (FRPA) Foundation; a founding member of the Florida Public Officials Design Institute at Abacoa (FPODIA); a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and the American Planning Association (APA).
