Parking is permitted in designated spaces only. Parking in the drive aisles, blocking fire or exit doors, fire lanes or restricted parking areas is strictly prohibited. Violators may be ticketed and towed at owner’s expense. Please remember: (when in doubt, do not park there)!
Parking cards and/or parking tickets should not be left in your vehicle. This may enhance the theft of your vehicle, as it will allow the thief to exit the facility without questions or documentation.
Please keep all your valuables in your vehicle’s trunk for safekeeping.
If you will be leaving your vehicle in the facility for an extended period, please inform the parking office and security. Please note: the parking facilities are not for storing vehicles. Vehicles that are considered abandoned will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Please observe the speed limit of 5 MPH at all facilities.
Any suspicious individual, illegally parked vehicle and malfunctioning equipment should be reported to the parking office at (305) 375 – 4159. Or you may contact the security desk at extension 1003, for investigation and corrective action.
Please help maintain clean parking facilities. Do not dump or throw trash and/or debris anywhere on the ground. Please place trash and/or debris in a trash receptor.
Miami - Dade County GSA Parking will not be responsible for any damage to your vehicle due to vandalism, fire, storms or by another drivers negligence. If any damage has occurred, please notify the parking office and/or security before exiting the facility.
Avoid misuses of the parking card, this includes allowing another person to tailgate – to have someone follow and enter/exit right behind you. Also, if you allow another person to use your parking card to exit/enter the facility, you may have to pay the daily rates for that parking facility.
Parking monthly fees. All payments are due by the 28th of the month prior to service. Any payment that is not received by the 3rd of the current month may result in the deactivation of your parking card. The patron will then have to pay the daily rate, until then account is brought to current status.
The cardholder is responsible for payment for the parking card assigned to them. If the card is lost or stolen, you most contact the Parking Office at (305) 375 – 4159, and advise them of your card loss. You will then need to purchase a new parking card and cancel the old card. The replacement card cost is $10.00 for individuals and $15.00 for fleet vehicles.
