    Request for Governmental Facilities Hearing

    Section 33-303 of the Code of Metropolitan Dade County requires that the erection, construction and operation of County facilities obtain public hearing approval from the Board of County Commissioners. General Services Administration (GSA) coordinates this process in conjunction with the Department of Planning and Zoning (DPZ).

     

    The process is initiated once a fully executed Governmental Facilities Hearing Application is received by GSA.
