Leasing of private property for County use is administered by General Services Administration (GSA) as set forth by Administrative Order 8-1. The County currently leases approximately 1.6 million square feet, and administers rental payments in excess of $12.5 million to the private sector.   If you are the owner or legal representative of a piece of property or building that you think the County might be interested in leasing, you can send a package containing a detailed description of the property to:
