    Site Boundaries:   S.W.  152nd Street to the North and S.W. 184th to the South; S.W. 177th Avenue to the West, and 122nd Avenue to the East. 

    Site Conditions: Preferred sites should be vacant and consist of +/- 2acres.  The site(s) should have good accessibility, nearby utilities, environmentally clean,  developable and in close proximity to residential areas.

      Killian Branch Library 

    Site Boundaries:   S.W. 104th Street to the North and S.W. 128th Street to the South; S.W. 137th Avenue to the West and S.W. 97th Avenue to the East. 

    Site Conditions:  Preferred sites should be vacant and consist of +/- 2acres.  The site(s) should have good accessibility, nearby utilities, environmentally clean,  developable and in close proximity to residential areas.


    Project Name:  CMRS Shops Warehouse 

    Site Boundaries:   N.W. 29th Street to the North, S.W. 8th Street to the South; N.W. 29th Avenue to the West and Biscayne Boulevard to the East.  

    Site Conditions: Preferred sites should  be vacant and consist of +/- 2 acres.  The site(s) should have good accessibility, nearby utilities, environmentally clean, developable and zoned for industrial use. Improved sites will be considered but must have a minimum of 30,000 square feet of warehouse space with loading docks.
     

    Project Name:  WASD  Central Maintenance Facility  

    Site Conditions: Preferred sites should be vacant and consist +/- 5 acres.  The site(s) should have good accessibility, nearby utilities, environmentally clean and developable and zoned for industrial use.  Improved sites will beSite Boundaries:  N.W. 87th Street to the North, N.W. 46th Street to the South; N.W. 32nd Avenue to the West and 7th Avenue to the East.

    Project Name:
     Residential Treatment Center

    Site Conditions:  The site must be in a transitional area between residential and light commercial and within walking distance to public transportation. It must be located in an area where there are medical and social services. A location near a school and a commercial business district is desirable. The site shall consist of not less than two (2) acres but not more than three (3) acres (with or without a rehabitable building). Any existing building should have between 20,000 and 30,000 square feet and the capability of being converted to a residential facility for forty residents (including children). The exterior of the facility shall have parking for a minimum of 42 cars, an outdoor-protected area of 2,500 square feet, and a buffer area of at least 25 feet.  The site must be a stand-alone parcel or easily subdivided from a larger parent tract. If the parcel is to be subdivided, a sketch must be provided showing the proposed location of the proffered site.

    Site Boundaries:  Flagler Street to the North, South Dade Government Center (S.W. 211 Street) to the South; Krome Avenue (S.W. 177 Avenue) to the West and Biscayne Bay to the East.

    Owner’s and or listing agents are invited to submit suitable properties for consideration.  All submittals must include a completed Solicitation For Property Response Form for each property.
