General Services Administration is the official custodian of County property and maintains a database of all County property. All inquiries related to County property, whether informational or requiring some action, are usually funneled through GSA's Real Estate Section.
The Real Estate Section of General Services Administration is divided into the following four units:

Asset Management
Responsible for the sale, planning and development of County owned property.

Leasing
Handles the leasing of space in County facilities as well as fulfilling the lease requirements of the County agencies in private sector facilities.

In addition to the above, the Real Estate Section assists County agencies with property research, government facility site selection, contract negotiations, and County owned property records maintenance.
