This is a sealed bid sale of Miscellaneous Misc. Scrap Metal and Other Materials from Miami-Dade County Transit Agency and Water & Sewer Departments.  Bids must be received not later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on Thursday, February 18, 2010.  Please note that any bids received after the first bid has been opened (for public reading on September 10th) will neither be opened nor considered.

Please read the Terms and Conditions portion of the bid document carefully.  Some terms have changed.  In particular, please note that CASH will no longer be accepted for a bid deposit, a payment in full, or a performance bond.  Bid deposits and performance bonds must be made by Cashier's Check, drawn upon a U.S. bank and made payable to "Board of County Commissioners."  Payments in full may be made only by buyer's Visa, MasterCard., or Cashier's Check, again drawn upon a U.S. bank, and made payable to "Board of County Commissioners."
