Surplus sales services within Miami-Dade County are provided by the Materials Management Division of the General Services Administration (GSA) department. We sell just about everything that Miami-Dade County government uses in its operations except real property (land and buildings), consumables, and hazardous materials. This site offers information on what we sell, how we sell it, and how you, our potential customer, can participate in our sales.
Here you will find dates for upcoming sales and auctions, downloadable sale flyers, bid documents, and other useful information. Please read sales flyers and bid documents carefully. There are specific procedures you must follow and deadlines you must meet, especially where sealed bid, informal quote, and informal bid sales are concerned.
