Housing Finance Authority

Ms. Suarez-Garcia prepares all financial statements for the conduct of Authority business as well as filings with the Security Exchange Commission for related bond issues.  She is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Authority's bond reporting system and other accounting and financial reporting functions of the department.  She also assists with administration of the Single Family Bond and HOME programs.  Mrs. Suarez-Garcia began her career with Miami-Dade County in 1990.
