Cynthia has well over two years of administrative experience and organizational skills. She has gained on the job experience as a professional loan processor. She coordinates the Agency’s 8-hours Home Buyers Club certification classes for Creole speaking residents, and is partially responsible for packaging all the materials used for the program. Cynthia also provides one-on-one pre-qualification counseling and prepares loan application packages that are forwarded to participating lenders for approval. She is currently enrolled in Fannie Mae’s Mortgage Finance Program at Miami-Dade Community College.
