    Assistant Administrator
     

    Mr. Pons assists with the administration and general operation of the Housing Finance Authority Foundation. He handles program based home ownership issues, prepares grant applications and supports the newly created Miami-Dade Affordable Housing Foundation. He provides support on Authority related  financial and legislative projects as assigned. He also assists in maintaining the Authority's Web Site. Mr. Pons began his career with Miami-Dade County in 1986.
