A trained planner, she is the former executive director of Miami Supportive Housing, Inc., and currently works with LISC of Miami. Ms. Ingram has the practical experience of navigating the quagmire of local governmental procedures to make housing available and affordable for low-income and homeless families. As Executive Director of Miami’s Supportive Housing Corporation, Ms. Ingram has made a specialty of providing technical assistance and financing to nonprofit organizations developing special needs housing. Ms. Ingram also served as the Director of the Miami-Dade Partnership for Community and Economic Development and as Executive Director of the Manhattan Valley Management and Development Corporation in New York. She is experienced in affordable housing, property management, asset management, marketing studies, grant writing, and affordable housing program administration.
