The Miami-Dade Affordable Housing Foundation, Inc. would like to have you as a contributing member of our organization. For your convenience, the Foundation has prepared a short membership registration form in which we ask for basic personal information and show the membership categories.

You may request that a membership form may be sent to you in the mail or you may download and print the membership registration form.  

Please complete the form and mail it, along with your check or money order to Miami-Dade Affordable Housing Foundation, Inc.
