Ms. German joined the MDAHFI team in April 2003 as the Coordinator of First Time Homebuyer Education Workshops. She coordinates 8-hour certification classes for County employees, public housing residents and the general public in North Dade, Liberty City, South Dade, Little Haiti, West Dade and Downtown Miami. She is a certified trainer in Home Buyer Education and Counseling Services by the Neighborhood Reinvestment Training Institute, The National Federation of Housing Counselors & Agencies, Inc. and a member of the Florida Housing Coalition. She also administers the Dispel The Myth initiative for Freddie Mac and has completed training in the following specialty areas: Loan Processing 1 from MDCC, Identity Theft, Loss Mitigation/Default Options- HUD, Bankruptcy, Predatory Lending and provides one on one counseling and loan application processing for new members.
