(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- Note that the submission dates have been revised for applications for the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County Multifamily Rental Housing Revenue Bond Financing for the first round of funding for the 2010 bond allocation on Wednesday, July 01, 2009.

The revised dates are as follows:

December 2009, 5 p.m. for Regular Application Submissions*
January 2010, 5 p.m. for Applications waiting for NSP Funds Approval*

*The exact day will be determined at a latter date
 

A copy of the application may be downloaded from the Authority web site at www.miamidade.gov/hfa, or a package can be obtained by visiting or calling the offices of the Authority during normal business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at (305) 594-2518.
