(Miami-Dade County, FL) --     One-Day English Homebuyer Education Workshop and Renewal Class for mortgage ready clients applying for the $8000 Homebuyer Tax Credit. Date: October 10, 2009, from 10:00A.M. To 5:00P.M.

A Special One-Day Homebuyer Education Workshop will be held at City of North Miami Beach Parks and Recreation, 17051 N.E. 19 Avenue, Room 6 & 7, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. This class is for clients who are mortgage ready and trying to meet the Nov. 30th deadline to purchase their first home and take advantage of the $8000 Homebuyer Tax Credit. This workshop requires a $50.00 registration fee (money order only) which covers one person or a married couple, payable the day of the class. You will receive a certificate of completion by mail after attending the full day. Registration form must be received no later than Oct. 8th by 4:00p.m.
